OPEN ACCESS POLICY

1. Commitment to Open Access

NAS Publisher is committed to promoting the free and unrestricted dissemination of scholarly research. All journals published by NAS Publisher provide immediate open access to their published content.

Readers may access, read, download, and use published articles without subscription charges or access fees.

NAS Publisher believes that open access improves the visibility, accessibility, and global exchange of academic and scientific knowledge.

2. Immediate Open Access

All articles published in journals under NAS Publisher are made available online immediately upon publication.

NAS Publisher does not impose an embargo period on published articles. Readers are not required to subscribe or pay to access published content.

3. Open Access License

Unless otherwise stated, articles published by NAS Publisher are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC) license.

Under this license, users are permitted to:

  • Read and download published articles free of charge;
  • Copy and redistribute articles in any medium or format;
  • Share articles for non-commercial purposes;
  • Adapt, remix, transform, and build upon published material for non-commercial purposes;

provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the original source of publication.

Any use of the published material must comply with the terms and conditions of the applicable Creative Commons license.

4. Author Copyright

Authors retain copyright to their published work.

Authors grant NAS Publisher a non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, preserve, and make their articles publicly available as part of the scholarly record.

Authors may share and distribute their published work, subject to appropriate acknowledgement of the original publication.

5. Article Processing Charges

NAS Publisher may charge an Article Processing Charge (APC) to support editorial management, peer review administration, publication, hosting, archiving, and other publishing services.

No Article Processing Charge is required at the time of manuscript submission.

Any applicable APC is charged only after the manuscript has successfully completed the editorial and peer-review process and has been accepted for publication.

Information regarding applicable publication charges will be clearly displayed on the website of each journal.

6. Reader Access

NAS Publisher does not charge readers or institutions to access published articles.

All published articles are available free of charge through the official journal websites.

There are no subscription fees or paywalls for accessing open-access articles.

7. Author Self-Archiving

Authors are permitted to archive and share their published articles through:

  • Institutional repositories;
  • Subject repositories;
  • Personal websites;
  • Academic and research platforms;
  • Other non-commercial repositories;

provided that the original publication is appropriately cited and linked to the published version where possible.

8. Long-Term Accessibility

NAS Publisher is committed to maintaining access to published scholarly content and will take appropriate measures to support the preservation and long-term availability of published articles.

Information regarding digital preservation and archiving arrangements will be provided on the relevant journal or publisher website.

9. Transparency

NAS Publisher is committed to transparency regarding its open-access publishing practices.

10. Policy Review

NAS Publisher may review and update its Open Access Policy periodically to reflect developments in scholarly publishing, best practices, legal requirements, and applicable standards.

Any significant policy changes will be published on the official NAS Publisher website.
