Reviewers must treat all submitted manuscripts and related information as confidential. Manuscripts should not be shared or discussed with unauthorized individuals.
Objectivity and Fairness
Reviews should be conducted fairly, objectively, and professionally. Reviewers should evaluate manuscripts based on their scholarly quality, originality, methodology, relevance, and contribution to the field.
Personal criticism of authors is inappropriate.
Constructive Feedback
Reviewers should provide clear, respectful, and constructive comments that help authors improve their manuscripts.
Comments should clearly identify significant strengths, weaknesses, errors, or areas requiring clarification.
Conflicts of Interest
Reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest before accepting a review assignment. Reviewers should decline the assignment if a conflict may affect their impartiality.
Timeliness
Reviewers should complete their reviews within the requested timeframe. If unable to complete a review, they should inform the editor as soon as possible.
Ethical Concerns
Reviewers should inform the editor if they identify potential plagiarism, duplicate publication, ethical concerns, data irregularities, or other possible research misconduct.
Confidential Use of Information

Recommendation
