1. Manuscript Submission
Authors submit their manuscripts through the official submission system or the method specified by the relevant journal.
2. Initial Editorial Review
The editorial team reviews the manuscript to determine whether it meets the journal’s scope, submission requirements, and basic editorial standards.
3. Peer Review
Suitable manuscripts are sent for peer review. Reviewers evaluate the quality, originality, methodology, relevance, and overall scholarly contribution of the manuscript.
4. Editorial Decision
Based on the peer-review reports and editorial assessment, the manuscript may be accepted, accepted with revisions, returned for major or minor revisions, or rejected.
5. Revision
Where revisions are required, authors are requested to revise their manuscript and respond to the reviewers’ and editors’ comments.
6. Acceptance
Once the manuscript meets the journal’s editorial and peer-review requirements, it is formally accepted for publication.
7. Article Processing Charge
Where applicable, the Article Processing Charge (APC) is requested only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.
8. Production and Proofreading
The accepted manuscript undergoes copyediting, formatting, and final proofreading before publication.
9. Publication
The final article is published online as open access under the applicable Creative Commons license.
