NAS Publisher publishes international open-access scholarly journals. Authors must ensure that their manuscripts comply with the selected journal’s scope, editorial policies, ethical standards, and submission requirements.

1. General Requirements

Before submission, authors must ensure that:

The manuscript fits the scope of the selected journal.
The manuscript is original and is not under consideration by another journal.
The manuscript is prepared as a Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) file and follows all required formatting specifications.
The manuscript does not exceed 25 printed pages and has no more than four authors, or applicable additional publication fees have been acknowledged.
All authors have made meaningful contributions, approved the final manuscript, and accept responsibility for their contributions.
The research has been conducted in accordance with applicable ethical standards.
Tables, figures, and images are correctly numbered, cited, and arranged according to their order of appearance.
All sources and previously published materials are properly cited and acknowledged, and references have been checked for accuracy.
Ethical approval and informed consent information are included where required.
Funding sources and potential conflicts of interest are disclosed.
Author contribution information is provided.
A data availability statement is included where applicable.
Permission has been obtained for any copyrighted material reproduced in the manuscript.

Authors should review the journal’s policies on open access, copyright, licensing, and Article Processing Charges (APCs) before submission.

2. Manuscript Preparation

2.1 Language

Manuscripts must be written in clear and professional English and carefully checked for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity before submission.

2.2 File Format and Layout

Manuscripts must be prepared as Microsoft Word documents (.doc or .docx) and follow these requirements:

Paper size: A4
Margins: 1 inch on all four sides
Layout: Single-column
Font: Times New Roman
Font size: 12 pt
Line spacing: 1.15
References and tables: Appropriate spacing, with two spaces between lines
Tables and images: Arranged according to their order of appearance in the manuscript
Maximum length: 25 printed pages
Maximum number of authors: 4 authors

Manuscripts exceeding the 25-page limit or the maximum author limit may incur additional publication fees.

3. Title and Author Information

The title should be concise, accurate, and clearly reflect the content of the manuscript.

The manuscript should include:

Full name of each author
Institutional affiliation
Department, where applicable
City and country
Corresponding author’s name and email address

Authorship should be based on meaningful scholarly contributions. All authors must approve the final version of the manuscript and accept responsibility for their contributions.

Guest, honorary, or inappropriate authorship is not permitted.

4. Abstract and Keywords

The abstract should provide a concise overview of the research, including the purpose, methodology, major findings, and conclusion where applicable.

The abstract should not exceed 150 words
Authors should provide at least five (5) keywords
Keywords should be relevant to the subject and content of the manuscript

5. Introduction

The introduction should:

Explain the background of the study.
Identify the research problem or knowledge gap.
Refer to relevant previous research.
Clearly state the objectives, research questions, or hypotheses.

6. Materials and Methods

The methods section should provide sufficient information to explain how the research was conducted and, where possible, enable replication.

Authors should describe, where applicable:

Study design
Research setting
Participants or materials
Data collection procedures
Instruments and equipment
Experimental procedures
Data and statistical analysis
Software used
Ethical approval

Previously published methods should be properly cited.

7. Results

Results should be presented clearly and logically.

Authors should:

Report findings accurately.
Present relevant statistical results.
Avoid unnecessary repetition between text, tables, and figures.
Use tables and figures where they improve clarity.

8. Discussion and Conclusion

The discussion should interpret the findings in relation to relevant previous research and address the significance and limitations of the study.

The conclusion should summarize the main findings and implications without making claims beyond the evidence presented.

9. Tables, Figures, and Images

Tables, figures, graphs, photographs, and other illustrations should:

Be numbered consecutively.
Have clear titles or captions.
Be cited in the text.
Be arranged according to their order of appearance in the manuscript.
Not unnecessarily duplicate information presented elsewhere.

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted materials.

Images must not be manipulated in a way that misrepresents the research or results.

10. Abbreviations and Units

Abbreviations should be used only when necessary. The full term should normally be provided when an abbreviation first appears.

Internationally recognized units of measurement, including SI units where applicable, should be used.

11. References

All sources cited in the text must appear in the reference list, and all references listed must be cited in the manuscript.

References should be:

Complete
Consistently formatted

11.1 Accepted Reference Styles

NAS Publisher accepts manuscripts prepared using the following recognized reference and citation styles:

APA, MLA, Chicago, AMA, CSE, Harvard, IEEE, ACS, Turabian, Bluebook, Vancouver, OSCOLA.

12. Research Ethics and Ethical Approval

Research involving humans, animals, or other subjects requiring ethical oversight must comply with applicable ethical and institutional standards.

Where applicable, authors should provide:

Name of the approving ethics committee or review board
Approval or reference number
Information regarding informed consent

Identifiable personal information must not be published without appropriate consent.

13. Data Availability

Authors should include a Data Availability Statement explaining whether and how the research data can be accessed.

Where data cannot be shared because of ethical, legal, confidentiality, or privacy restrictions, authors should provide an appropriate explanation.

14. Funding

Authors must disclose all sources of financial support, including the name of the funding organization and grant number where applicable.

If no specific funding was received, this should be stated.

15. Conflict of Interest

Authors must disclose any financial, professional, personal, or institutional interests that could reasonably be perceived as influencing the research.

If there are no conflicts of interest, an appropriate statement should be included.

16. Author Contributions

Authors should clearly describe their individual contributions to the research.

17. Acknowledgments

Submitted manuscripts must represent original work.

NAS Publisher does not accept:

Plagiarism
Duplicate publication
Simultaneous submission to multiple journals
Unethical or inappropriate publication practices

Manuscripts may be screened for similarity and publication ethics concerns.

Any related manuscripts, preprints, or previously disseminated versions should be disclosed during submission in accordance with the relevant journal’s policies.

19. Artificial Intelligence and AI-Assisted Tools

Authors should disclose the use of AI-assisted tools when their use has materially contributed to the preparation of the manuscript.

AI tools cannot be listed as authors.

Authors remain fully responsible for the:

Accuracy of the manuscript
Originality of the content
Accuracy of citations and references
Protection of confidential information
Final content submitted for publication
